IIFM has recently merged with Frameboxx, one of the top three animation & visual graphics education business in India. Frameboxx has more than 62 centers across 32 cities in India. Centrum Capital through Business Match Services (I) Private Limited & Walkwater Media Ltd. are strategic investors in IIFM. Centrum is the brainchild of Mr. Chandir Gidwani who is a well respected name in the industry. Manmohan Shetty, the Chairman of Walkwater Media Ltd. has been the founder & ex-Chairman & MD of Adlabs Films Ltd, now part of the Reliance ADA Group.
